About Your Role:

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to handle full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees.

About Your Work: 

  • Design and update job descriptions
  • Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
  • Advertise job openings on company‚Äôs careers page, social media, job boards and internally
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
  • Participate in job fairs, networking events, and host in-house recruitment events
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and programs across recruiting
  • Work with outside recruiters to recruit technical positions

About You: 

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases (ie: LinkedIn Recruiter, JazzHR, etc.)
  • Experience with sourcing techniques
  • Highly detail oriented and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
  • 5+ years experience in a HR technical recruiting role

Nice To Haves: 

  • Preferably SHRM Certified 
  • Have obtained LinkedIn Recruiter Certifications
  • Experience at a fast paced start-up
  • Experience at an autonomous vehicle company
