Social Media Marketing Coordinator

About Your Role:

  • The mission of the Social Media Marketing Coordinator is to increase global brand awareness of Locomation, with responsibility to create and manage our digital marketing and sales campaigns to promote our company across all applicable digital platforms.
  • Create and strategize Develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to generate interest and convert leads from online properties. Set up and manage target companies and contacts in LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Lead, develop and manage all web campaigns, the marketing database, any email or social medial traffic and advertisements. Manage social media accounts and create ways to generate high website traffic, stronger brand awareness, and new opportunities. 
  • Measure and Report Establish, monitor and report on success metrics related to the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and compare to established goals. Conduct testing on digital marketing strategies to ensure success.  
  • Optimize and iterate – Strategize company brand and market effectiveness by developing short and long-term goals to increase viewership across all target audiences.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent real-world experience
  • Experience leading and managing digital advertising campaigns
  • Ability to use compelling content to produce results
  • Ability to think strategically, act tactically and be extremely responsive
  • Ability to to analyze performance data and determine the best courses of action, often in near real-time.

  • Experience with Linkedin Sales Navigator
